This unpainted basement comes in 2 parts  front and back. The back section has "12 panel side windows " on both sides, a hinged front with opening front door and bay windows ,all windows have perspex fitted  measures 24.50" wide  x 16" deep  x 9.25" high. The inside is open plan ,you can get 2-3 rooms depending on how big you want them.
The front section has balustrade railings with bevelled staircase ,all are moveable and can be repositioned if you wish. Measures 24.50" wide  x 10" deep.  The  front pieces of this basement can be removed so that you can access the bottom of basement and the garden area as shown  [grass not included ]
THE OVERALL SIZE OF THIS BASEMENT IS 24.50" WIDE  X 26" DEEP  X 9.25" HEIGHT. WILL FIT ANY HOUSE UP TO 24.50INS WIDE   X 16 INS DEEP.  MADE OF MDF 
  2-Piece Basement

Made from MDF.  Measures 30" wide x 15.5" deep x 9" high.   Has side windows also windows and doors on back. Comes with an extra divider with internal door. TO GAIN ACCESS TO BACK PART OF BASEMENT THE FRONT PART PULLS AWAY.  The front part of basement is convertable into a garden (under the pavement). Assembly requires no glue, just a screwdriver. IF YOU HAVE A SMALLER HOUSE THAN THE BASEMENT YOU CAN TURN THE EXTRA WIDTH INTO A GARDEN

Front part of basement is detachable from the back piece. Front part comes with stairs up to the front door of the house and stairs down to the basement. A lot of our customers use the downstairs of the front part as a garden. The back part has a hinged front and can be used for two or three rooms. The basement comes painted or unpainted.  Made from MDF.  Overall size measures 24.5" wide x 24.5" deep x 8" high, base size is  24.5" wide x 16" deep.

2 piece basement unit for the painted shop and for the green house. The basement is readily set up for use with the Green House and for houses of the same measurements. With a slight alteration to the balustrade (a little bit of cutting and movement of the stairs), this basement can also be used for the Painted Shop.  Made from MDF. All windows have Perspex fitted. Also has an opening basement door. As can be seen when you move the mouse over the picture the front part pulls away from the back and to access the interior, the back is on hinges. The basement comes unpainted and measures  20" wide  x14" deep x 8.5" high.

This basement can be added to Primrose Cottage and The Green House.
